Bright Horizons Organizational Solutions is a virtual organizational consulting firm, led by John Sholota, which improves the work-life and productivity of organizations through application of the scientist-practitioner model, treating each client as a unique case requiring a corresponding specialized approach.
With extensive experience working within engineering, technology and healthcare insurance industries as a contributor and organizational manager, in addition to his ongoing doctoral research in industrial and organizational psychology, John has keen insight into variables that drive contributor motivation, talent selection and career analytics.

Organizational Surveys and Consultation

At Bright Horizons Organizational Solutions, we provide insight into your organization's health through analytical survey studies. Surveys follow an incremental ratings, ratings which adhere to five classical outcomes: strongly disagree, disagree, no opinion/neutral, agree, strongly agree. Most analytical surveys will typically include an open ended answer section, where survey takers will have the opportunity to answer a contoured question relevant to the study. Survey length varies depending on organization and study but typically range from 40 to 60 questions with additional few open ended questions towards the end.

Based in Georgia, John Sholota is Owner and Consultant of Bright Horizons Organizational Solutions.
Throughout his career, John has had the opportunity to work with dynamic businesses, including Aetna and Fortune Environmental Engineering, providing John insight into large, matrixed, corporate enterprises to medium and smaller technical organizations. John assists businesses with organizational and industrial services intended to create a healthy, productive and unique work environments that bring out the best within teams. As a positive, "can do", ethical individual, John enjoys providing quality consultation to his clients with authenticity and care.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Minor in Biology, from Kennesaw State University, Master of Arts in Secondary Technology Education and is currently earning a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University.
In addition to his consultation business, John enjoys hiking with friends and family, travel and software development when not assisting clients.
